       AUTHORISED TRAINING CENTRE PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This Document outlines the role of RITE it is Authorised Training Centres and their instructors .
RITE Shall be in accord with the following:

1. Provide RITE Student Training kit separately to each and every students through ATCs.
2. Renew and grade of Franchisee license to the ATCs, based on their performance and as per the company norms.
3. Release Advertisements in leading newspapers by collecting advertisement participation fee from the ATC.
4. Provide training to the faculty at selected RITE’s administrative offices, as and when decided b RITE at an affordable fees.
5. Maintain and improve course/stud materials for student and the instructors as well.
6. Conduct training workshops for ATC staff at selected RITE’s Administrative offices as and when decided b RITE at an affordable fees.
7. Confer Certificate  to the  successful participants on completion. The certificates will be given to those participants who qualifies in the final & terminal examination only on the basis of their terminal test marks submitted to RITE by the ATCs along with student attendance sheet. The certificate conferred by the RITE ( Central Office ) is the final award. ATCs are entitled to issue any kind of computer career certificates to the students.

Authorised Training Centre shall also be in accord to follow:

1. Ensure student’s satisfaction and overall, successful completion of course.
2. Appoint consolers/faculties/staff as required by them to run the program smoothly.
3. Ensure that classes and examinations are being conducted  as per schedule of RITE.
4. Use only RITE course/study material only while teaching RITE classes, RITE course/study material should not be used for other purposes without express written permission from .RITE
5. Appointment of at least one marketing executive exclusively for RITE
6. Keep a reserved stock of RITE Student Training kit that has to be delivered to the student before the commencement or RITE classes.
7. Maintain a well-equipped library as per RITE guideline & civic facilities for students such as Drinking water & Toilets.
8. Display RITE signboard containing the RITE name with style along with logo as per size design approved b the RITE.
9. Attend all such meetings that is arranged by the RITE for the ATCs.
10.  Submit ATC Monthly Report/Business /Marketing plan form as per the prescribed formats of RITE.
11.  ATC Fees and prices subjected to change at any time
12.  Renewal Policy. The agreement can be renewed purely on the performance and achievement of the target students in one year , if RITE identifies ATC as low performance ATC, the license will be cancelled. The ATC has to put requisition for renewal at least 60 days before expiry date to RITE for approval.
13. The ATC shall be renewed free of cost only on achieving the specified student target set b RITE else the agreement can be renewed on payment of 25% of the actual no-refundable license free as per the latest ATC Program Description of RITE.

Other information

• All RITE course/study material has the copyright with RITE should not be reproduced in any manner whatsoever.
• This is not an exclusive appointment, and RITE any appoint one or more ATC independently with any obligation
• Authorisation is subject of renewal as per the uideline of the organization RITE and based on ATCs performance.
• If application is not fond suitable by the ATC finalization Committee, full amount shall-be returned in  the form of DD in favor of the application  without any interest. Decision of ATC Finalisation Committee shall be final in this regard.
• The site/location confirmation is purely at the discretion of the Corporate Office that will eb final and binding. If the Corporate Office identifies at any stage that the ATC deserves for higher site/location, then the ATC can be upgraded followed by the existing terms of the RITE.
